I am going through a bit of a reflective period right now. Maybe it is because of being seperated from my best friend for six months or the spirit of the holidays. Whatever the reason I feel so full of love from everyone. I know that it helps Bert to know that he is leaving us in capable loving hands. I am truly blessed today.

*She has the best smile.

*She is very smart and creative.

*She is so sweet and shy.

I love you for all these reasons but above all you fill my heart and that is more than I could ever ask for.  We are so lucky to have you in our family.  I remember the day you where born and how I felt.  You impress me everyday with your ability to always have a smile on your face.

Halloween 2009

Halloween on base is the best.  Everyone is walking around (a lot of people just leave a big bowl of candy on their porch), enjoying the weather and how safe and fun it is for the kids.  My kids know that the cops are always walking around giving out glow necklaces.   This will be one of the things that I will miss about Altus.

List of Octobers events.
-called as Primary President
-Told we had to move two streets over
-Waiting to hear about his interview
-All had the flu for a week while packing/moving
-Moved
-Went on a Cruise for a week (Lots of fun)
-Came home found out we will be moving in 10 months to we don't know where yet
-Bert got accepted to teach at AFIT for 3 years so we are going to grad school somewhere. Yeah for us but sad to leave friends.
-Halloween was so much fun

We are so blessed and have had such a great month and year.
We are now ready for all that November has for us.
